Boomboxes: State Diagram

For my mp3 space, lighting will be a very important part of allowing and encouraging users to interact with the space and each other. For part A of this assignment, I want to make some LEDs dance to the music (using the LM3915 chip I learned about from the midterm) if there are 2 users.
